Ganesh earned his undergraduate degree in chemical engineering from Annamalai University, India, and his MBA from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA. He currently works for Wells Fargo as an enterprise transformation manager. Ganesh is also a senior technology leader with broad experience in all aspects of engineering, digital and agile transformation. He specializes in understanding customer needs and changing priorities in order to drive transformation towards strategic operating models and critical business decisions that empower business and corporate services.
Some of Ganesh’s accomplishments include efficiently delivering automated operation tools that reduced headcount by 20% over a 15 month period, and increasing the enterprise predictability measure from 91 to 99%. He decided to pursue a DBA to better understand the impact of technology on organizational design.
Outside of work, Ganesh enjoys playing cricket and entertaining his kids.
Working in the IT industry for the past 24 years, Ganesh has experienced many disruptions, both positive and negative, which affects the organizational capacity to produce business value. His goal is to formulate a pattern and develop a standard design to minimize disruptions, which could be adopted across multiple lines of business without compromising the core values of the organization.
