Kristen Santos earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in Business Administration and her Master’s of Business Administration from Elon University. She also holds a Professional Research Certification from the Insights Association.
Kristen is currently a Strategy Director at OneMagnify, responsible for driving business growth in client accounts in financial services, retail and manufacturing. Her previous work experience includes serving as Vice President of Real Estate for Driven Brands, supporting over 100 new business openings during her tenure. Kristen is a frequent volunteer at the Charlotte Ronald McDonald House and runs a blog for working moms, called Work and Mom.
Her goal in obtaining this doctoral degree in Business Administration is to prepare herself for a future role as a teacher at a university and an expanded role as a business consultant.
Kristen intends to pursue research regarding changes that corporations can make to support female executives as they grow in their careers while caring for children and/or aging parents.
