Anne earned a Master of Professional Studies in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State University. Prior to that, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Banking and Finance. Anne is currently the medical practice administrator for MidCarolina Pediatrics. In this position, she supervises staff and oversees the day-to-day management of the office. Additionally, she supports in areas of recruitment and performance evaluation, and directs the business and financial affairs of the practice in conjunction with the organization’s certified public accountant (CPA). Anne’s goal in pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration is to prepare for a career in corporate consulting or higher education.
Outside of work, Anne enjoys spending time with friends and family as well as traveling.
Anne’s research interest will focus around management, specifically, the role organizational structure and decision making plays in helping an organization attain an effective and efficient business strategy.
