Research Focus: The role of entrepreneurial thinking towards minority women and balancing higher education. There is a gap between minority women in senior level administration positions than that of white males and females. Is the gap due to minority women not having access to the same training opportunities, lacking certain social skills or entrepreneurial development/problem-solution skill set etc.? If the gap can be addressed and solved, could this solution increase the number of minority women in senior level positions?
