Rodney McCrowre is a first-generation college student from Red Springs, North Carolina. Rodney majored in Business Administration at Fayetteville State University and later received a Master of Business Administration from Webster University. Rodney serves as the Assistant Director of Pre Business and Lecturer of Business Administration in the College of Business and Economics at Fayetteville State University. He currently teaches undergraduate courses in entrepreneurship, ethics, and finance. Also, he serves as the advisor to the Dean’s Student Advisory Council (DSAC). Although he is passionate about students and their success, Rodney desires to use his knowledge and experience to help advance management theory and practice.

 

Rodney’s interest in conducting research within the field of organizational behavior derives from his professional experiences and observing the dynamics of human interaction in both small and large organizations. Rodney’s research will focus on how the interpersonal relationships between supervisors and their subordinates influence effective job training and increase job performance.
