Assistant Professor of Accounting, Lipscomb University
Marcy completed a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Finance from Harding University. She subsequently completed a Master of Accountancy from Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University. She has extensive experience in both external and internal audit at Ernst & Young, LLP as well as Genesco, Inc. Currently, Marcy works as an Assistant Professor of Accounting at Lipscomb University where she teaches Financial & Managerial Accounting, Accounting Information Systems and Accounting Analytics courses in the undergraduate and graduate accounting programs. She enjoys the mentorship aspect of her role at Lipscomb and stays busy as she and her husband raise two lively young children.
